Cherry Tom Collins
The secret of San Angelo
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Barspoon cherry syrup
- Cherry seltzer
- Garnish: cherry
Steps
- Add gin, lemon, and syrups to a shaker and shake with ice until well-chilled
- Strain into a collins glass with ice
- Top with cherry seltzer and garnish with a cherry (or 3)
